My items are MISSING! I bought with REAL money. >(

I began this game just a few days ago and I really enjoy playing. The graphics are very nice because I love the anime style. HOWEVER...

I am losing items that I win or buy! I am very upset. I even purchased in-game dollars and diamonds to buy stuff and those things disappeared. Right now, I have lost about 10 things. I have sent in a request for support and no reply.

Taking away items that I have bought with REAL money is THEFT, by the way.

If I got my stuff back, I would be happy to give 5 stars because it is a great game. There are few ads and they are not intrusive. You have the choice to gather more more diamonds if you choose to watch more ads. But it is your choice.

It is a good game, but fix the issue of our inventory disappearances.
