Love this game but...........

Love this game. I would give 5 stars but I gave 4 stars because my iPad doesnt have enough space so I had only this game. To download another one I saved my data and deleted it and downloaded another game. But when I downloaded this game again and clicked on existing beauty idol user, it came no save data found, and I cant just click on new user my dresses, my hairs, all my things will go away. I passed so many lvls all will go in vain.

Can u pls fix these types of problems.
